Exhibition of South italian wines


Already over 110 producers have joined the event dedicated to wines and oils from Southern Italy, in Sannicandro di Bari from 18 to 23 November 2020. In this edition there are two days with exclusive events and tastings


The fifteenth Exhibition of wines and oils from Southern Italy, scheduled in Sannicandro di Bari (BA) from 18 to 23 November 2020, has already reached and exceeded one hundred accessions (here the list divided by regions). This year there will also be greater public involvement, to which limited number of events and guided tastings will be dedicated on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 November.

“Radici del Sud 2020 is a bet that we are winning - explains Nicola Campanile, organizer of the event. - The producers are responding with great enthusiasm and we are convinced that the public will be even more intrigued and satisfied by the offer of master classes and scheduled appointments, all dedicated to the discovery of the territories and wines of the southern regions protagonists of the Salone ".

Among the novelties of the fifteenth edition of Radici del Sud there is a slimmer format for Monday, to make contact between the public and producers easier, the presence of companies from Abruzzo, Sardinia and Molise (as well as Puglia, Basilicata , Campania, Calabria and Sicily), an extension of the pavilion dedicated to artisan wines and four completely renewed juries composed of national and international journalists and influencers. 

Already confirmed the presence of Liza Zimmermann (Forbes), Deborah Grossman (Wine Enthusiast, Decanter) and Zachary Susan (punch-drunk.com) from the United States, Renè Langdahl Jørgensen (renelangdahl.com) from Denmark, Paul Caputo (Vinorandum, paulcaputo.wine), from Uk, Madeleine Stenwreth MW (thedrinksbusiness.com) from Sweden, Elizabeth Gabay MW (elizabethgabay.com) from the United Kingdom, Jung Yong Cho (freelence and author) from Korea, Mar Galvan Romero (La Gaceta del Vino) from Spain, Marlene Del Olmo (Wine Mots ) and Omar Hernandez Barbosa (Wine Mots) from Mexico and Piotr Wdowiak (Wine O'Clock - czas na wino), from Poland. Minors do not pay entry and can not make tastings.
